Mandatory safety device for hoists of every kind, built in fail-safe technology. From a simple analogue trip relay through to digital control.
Which variant for which hoist
All four units pick up the signal from a strain-gauge bridge sensor, compare it against configured thresholds and trip via safety relays. The architecture is fail-safe: a fault in the measurement path leads to a safe shutdown, never to release of an excessive load. Thresholds are set without special tools directly on the device.
R-0311 and R-0312 cover simple overload trip with one or two relay contacts. R-0313 adds a current-loop output for the PLC; R-0316 adds a second current input with total-load calculation on top. For more complex installations we recommend the digital MVD-0485 or the memory-configurable SKS-0586.
