Inclination sensors
Boom-angle and tip-over safety monitoring, manufactured to customer specification.
Operating principle
Two jobs, two units
The two sensors cover two classic tasks in crane monitoring. The E-0227 measures boom angle in the 0…90° range and outputs an analogue current signal that feeds a load-curve calculation or display. The E-0228 is a two-axis tip-over safety monitor in a narrow range of a few degrees, with its own LED display and relay cut-off.
Both units are sized to the specific crane structure and use case, from the mechanical fixing through to the calibration of the switching thresholds.
